Junior Architectural Technician
to join their close-knit team based close to

Essex. For the past 20 years, this successful company has managed to deliver a consistent workflow of design projects within the Residential, Commercial, Hospitality & Mixed-Use sectors. They are now well-placed to add a talented, up-and-coming Junior Architectural Technician to their team. This company is offering the opportunity to become a vitally important part of their operations and gain exposure to all stages of the design process, enabling the incoming Architectural Technician to truly develop within the industry. Junior Architectural Technician Requirements:
Demonstrable experience working within the UK architectural industry - Min 1 year Confident preparing drawings for residential, commercial & mixed-use works Ability to assist on preparation of planning packs/applications as well as Design & Access Statements Up to date with current Building Regulations and codes of practice Fully proficient in AutoCAD Knowledge of SketchUp & Photoshop is desirable The successful Junior Architectural Technician can expect to receive a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the region of 30-34k (dependent on experience).
