We are seeking passionate and professional Sales Consultants who thrive in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidates will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building relationships with prospective clients, and delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Achieving set sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer engagement.
Developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline by fostering relationships with potential customers.
Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in our systems.
Coordinating with various departments to facilitate a seamless sales process for customers.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in achieving direct sales targets within a sales role, or a strong desire to succeed in a sales-oriented environment with a steady employment history.
A tenacious attitude and drive to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Exceptional communication skills and perfect conversational English.
Eloquent phone voice and a willingness to improve through constructive criticism.
Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Additional Benefits:
Sales incentives
Competitive compensation, including a base salary of £1,500 per month net and commission ranging from 5% to 15% on sales.
Convenient office hours, Monday to Thursday from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with an early finish on Fridays.
