As an Art Sales Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and strengthening partnerships within the art industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships with clients and collaborators, and implementing innovative sales strategies to maximize sales and market share. This role requires a strong understanding of the art market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth. Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients, including art collectors, galleries, interior designers, corporate clients, and other stakeholders in the art community. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to drive sales growth. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and strategic partners to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points. Act as a trusted advisor, providing personalized solutions and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives and drive business growth. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contracts, pricing, and terms of sale. Overcome objections, address concerns, and secure commitments to drive sales and meet or exceed targets. Marketing and Promotions: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, sales collateral, and marketing materials to support sales efforts. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness and generate leads. Qualifications: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the art industry or luxury retail. Strong understanding of the art market, including art collecting trends, gallery operations, and industry dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and drive results.
