As a Junior/Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a vital role in our project management team, actively contributing to the success of each project through sound decision-making and collaborative efforts. This position presents an exceptional opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a nurturing environment, working on a diverse range of projects from industrial buildings to intricate aircraft hangars. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in analysing budget vs. cost dynamics using ERP data. Provide support in overseeing time, labor, and expenditure across various project aspects. Contribute to the creation of weekly reports, offering insights into commercial landscapes. Collaborate on risk management and cost control initiatives throughout project lifecycles. Learn and provide advice on contractual matters, ensuring compliance with legal and quality standards. Uphold our core values of safety, environmental responsibility, and teamwork. Key Experience: Eagerness to learn and develop in a similar role, estimating, commercial assistant, quantity surveying with at least 2 years of experience. While construction experience is beneficial, attitude and approach are paramount. Additional credentials are welcomed, but enthusiasm and drive are highly valued and in some cases more important.
