01908 752384 We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Junior Automation Tester to join our amazing fintech client, with the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement (just one day a month in central London). If you have some experience with automation testing in other technologies and are excited to grow your skills with Python and Pytest, we'd love to hear from you! In this role, you'll be supported as you: Learn and grow your automation testing skills, especially scripting with Python and Pytest, to contribute to improving testing processes. Apply your existing experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, Java, PHP, Go, or similar technologies, and expand your knowledge. Use tools like Postman, SOAP UI, and Cucumber to enhance your testing capabilities. Work with SQL and relational databases to support testing tasks. Understand and apply software development lifecycle processes and QA best practices, with guidance from senior team members. Help with test case creation, execution, and defect tracking, with training and mentorship along the way.
