My client are a well-established RC Frames and Groundworks subcontractor known for delivering high-quality projects across the construction industry. They are seeking a motivated Junior Bid Writer/Coordinator to support their growing team in preparing compelling bids and proposals
About the Role: Assist in the preparation and submission of high-quality bid documents, including PQQs, ITTs, and proposals. Coordinate with internal teams to gather relevant project information for bids. Ensure all submissions meet client requirements and deadlines. Maintain and update bid documentation, templates, and case studies. Conduct research on clients, projects, and competitors to strengthen submissions. Support the Bid Manager with administrative tasks and process improvements. About the Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. A proactive attitude and ability to meet tight deadlines.
