About this Position An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the UKI Henkel Consumer Brands marketing team as Junior Brand Manager - Laundry Additives. Within the laundry category, laundry additives play a big role with two brands, Dylon Dyes and Colour Catcher. Both brands are growing and positively received by respective retailers. What you'll do Identify emerging trends and commercial opportunities, leading organisational alignment to leverage them for sustained competitive advantage. Develop and execute annual strategic brand plans for portfolio development in the UK and Ireland to grow profitably the brand. Conduct in-depth analyses of brand financials, market data, and competitor information to formulate effective brand strategy, activity plans, and initiatives. Plan and launch new initiatives based on global NPD developments and lead local UK developments in compliance with the Henkel HINT procedures. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to influence, agree upon, develop, and execute key launches and sales activities. Oversee the briefing and management of all media, PR, and creative agencies. Adapt and develop artworks based on global masters according to the UK & IRE needs and lead them through the Henkel internal SEAL artwork process. Manage the budget for the brand. Manage the category's projects such as sampling. What makes you a good fit At least one year experience in brand management required, FMCG experience is preferred. Degree educated, or equivalent, preferably in Business Management or Marketing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
