Sales Consultants

Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets through effective techniques and outstanding customer engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to develop a robust sales pipeline. Ensure client details and sales activities are accurately recorded in the system. Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless experience for clients. What We’re Looking For: A proven track record in meeting sales targets or a strong desire to succeed in a sales-focused role. A tenacious, driven attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Exceptional communication skills, with fluent and polished English. A confident phone manner and openness to constructive feedback for improvement. Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential—we value potential and ambition. What We Offer: Incentives and rewards:
Competitive base salary up to
£1,500 per month net , plus generous commission rates of
5% to 15%
on sales. Flexible hours:
Monday to Thursday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with an
early finish on Fridays . Location:
Office based in Cuffley Comprehensive training
