What you'll be doing:

Gather & Document Requirements Support Process Mapping (As-Is & To-Be) Collaborate with Stakeholders Write User Stories & Acceptance Criteria Support Data Warehousing elements

What we're looking for:

Some experience as a Business Analyst or exposure to similar roles Familiarity with MS Visio and process mapping Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude Experience in Contact Centre or CRM environments (Desirable)
