Junior Business Partner
at their Wakefield site on a full time, permanent basis. Benefits as a Junior Business Partner include: CIPD Qualification Free onsite Car Parking Immediate Start Available As a Junior Business Partner, you will be reporting directly into the Head of HR and play a pivotal role in supporting the day to day running of the HR function. Responsibilities: Supporting with the full employee life-cycle including offer letters, contracts, changes to terms & conditions Partnering with the manufacturing or retail side of the business Employee Relations Case Management Coaching and guiding managers on disciplinaries, grievances and investigations Leading on absence management and recruitment reporting Supporting the talent acquisition team with the recruitment process Project work; developing policies and procedures Amendments to contractual & personal details in line with HR policies, systems, processes and any service level agreements If this type of Company and opportunity sounds like a role you would be keen on, then please contact us today!
