The Opportunity - Junior Buyer
This is an excellent opportunity for someone from the procurement administration background to join a premier aerospace business in Gloucestershire in the position of Junior Buyer.
You’ll be involved in the procurement of components to support a busy engineering team, including bespoke projects.

Duties - Junior Buyer
- Procuring components ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and cost-efficiency
- Build on new and existing relationships with suppliers.
- Coordination and placement of purchase orders
- Coordination with strategic sourcing and regional supply chain teams.
- Maintenance of part planning parameters and conversion of demand triggers.
- Obtain delivery commitments and will coordinate with regional supply chain team.
- Effectively influence internal site functions.
- Ensure contractual terms and conditions are actively followed.
Background - Junior Buyer
- Strong Administration skills
- Basic Supply Chain experience
- ERP / MRP experience
- Good negotiating skills
- Ability to work under pressure
