What the role involves

• This dual responsible role performs operational safety and compliance monitoring activities within the UK CAA and EASA Part-145 approved aircraft maintenance functional area within.
• Although predominantly focused on Engine maintenance, this role will also support the Compliance Team with conducting support activities across other functional areas such as AS or.
• Conduct independent safety and compliance monitoring activities, including audits, inspections, and assessments in accordance with our management system and annual audit progamme.
• Produce accurate and professional records, reports, findings, investigations, and safety assessments.
• Supporting investigations into maintenance errors and other occurrences, helping identify root causes and effective preventative actions.
• Managing supplier approval activities, ensuring records remain current and regulatory requirements are maintained.

Skills and requirements

• Aviation Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent Level 3 Qualification.
• Minimum of 3-years’ experience in an aviation or an equivalent highly regulated industry.
• Auditing training in either an aviation or iso environment.
• Part-145 Regulations training or experience.
