£32,000 - £38,000 Are you a recent STEM graduate with 1-2 years of post-university experience? Looking for an exciting entry point into the
accountancy and tax industry ? This is your opportunity to join a dynamic team specializing in

About the Role You'll play a pivotal role in preparing
R&D tax claims
for an impressive portfolio of clients, from high-tech startups to multinational businesses. This is a fantastic chance to apply your technical knowledge, work closely with cutting-edge industries, and develop into an
R&D tax specialist.
What We're Looking For STEM Degree
(Science, Technology, Engineering, or Maths) - a must! A minimum of
2.1 degree classification
and 120 UCAS points (or equivalent). Strong communication skills - able to articulate technical concepts in simple terms. 1-2 years of experience post-university , ideally with exposure to tax, accounting, or consultancy (not essential but a bonus). Passion for innovation, technology, and problem-solving. Solid
IT skills , especially with MS Office.
