Here's what you'll do in your first three months with us: Full onboarding to Mous content and the brand Full onboarding to all marketing channels and how content can impact the business Full autonomy to go away and create multiple different stories across all formats: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more… Sounds good? This is what you’ll be working on in six months to a year: Manage all Mous organic channels Lead on some new content creation for these channels (+ paid channels where appropriate) Become an influential voice on how we grow the Mous brand and the go-to person for all organic content. Skills Requirements Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Complete competency in editing across all formats. Exceptionally engaging and confident in front of a camera. Ability to autonomously create videos from concept to execution and delivery. Ability to write engaging copy for all organic channels, including LinkedIn. Ability to work at pace delivering multiple, varied edits across a week. A true passion for content marketing and social media. Enthusiasm for the Mous brand and a commitment to growing it to new heights.
