We’re looking for a Junior Content Executive to join the Content Team at Jacada. With a passion for travel and digital content, you’ll join a welcoming and experienced team that craft the words and storytelling surrounding the destinations, trips and experiences featured across our website.
We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, with a demonstrated knowledge of SEO best practices as well as a keen eye for grammar and style.
The ideal candidate will have around two years’ editorial or content experience. A travel industry background isn’t essential, but you should have a solid understanding of writing and editing for the web, including SEO, image research and using a CMS. Experience in the luxury sector is a plus.
You should be comfortable managing your own workload, pacing writing tasks with long-lead deadlines as well as turning around quick copy or edits as needed. You enjoy working collaboratively, forging strong relationships within the Marketing team as well as with travel experts across the business.

You’ll be reporting to the Head of Content and working closely with the rest of the Content team, Product Managers and Marketing team. Day to day, you’ll join a team responsible for updating and maintaining the content on our website. This might include creating new destinations, updating sample itineraries, researching images, editing hotel pages, or distilling extensive background material into succinct summaries for our travellers. You’ll also have the opportunity to be involved in wider content projects including producing articles for our site and contributing to our print magazine. What we’re looking for

While we have a lovely office in London and some of us work days from there regularly, the marketing team is mostly remote. This role is open to remote applications.
