The Role:

Grow our eCommerce brand through brilliant copy. You are an effective communicator, a strategic thinker, and have an excellent command of the English language. We are looking for an exceptional content writer to join the team who will support a fast-paced, interdepartmental team focused on driving customer engagement through various marketing channels.

Key Accountabilities:

Producing engaging copy to be used for target audience as a focus. Effectively communicating the brand image and expanding brand awareness across every aspect of the business. Overseeing the updating and uploading of relevant online content across all platforms. Creating technical and creative content including product descriptions, socials, blog posts and landing pages. Supporting with the production of social media content. Proofreading content across the business. Maintain and oversee creative standards and guidelines. Looking out for industry trends to enhance product promotion and involved in keyword research to optimize page performance. Collaborate and support the wider team on various projects including social, affiliate and email marketing teams. Develop skills in SEMrush & Keyword planner. Provide weekly progress reports.

Requirements:

A passion for the gift and design industry. Great creative / copywriting abilities. Able to work independently as well as part of a team, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Active interest in eCommerce and joining a creative company. Desire to work within a fast-paced, energetic environment. Sharp attention to detail with strong organisational skills. Friendly, personable attitude, and willing to go the extra mile to help a company succeed!
