We’re a fast-growing scale-up in direct-to-consumer marketing, transforming lives with our health, wellness, skincare, and pet care brands. And if you have exceptional, proven writing skills, as well as innovative ideas, insatiable curiosity, and the ability to tell a great story, we want to hear from you. We’re now accepting applications for our next internship programme - taking place in March 2025. The Internship Our internship programme is a crash course in writing to sell. You learn to write “Malaberg-style” copy, explore the techniques behind powerful, persuasive writing, and discover the secrets of history’s greatest advertisers. Plus, you get the “copywriter’s canon” of essential books and courses, interactive sessions with industry experts, and the chance to put your skills to the test with competitions, live campaigns, and real-world copy testing. It’s the result of years of analysing - and producing - the world’s best direct marketing, collaborating with legendary copywriters, and honing our craft. Combining theory, practice, and high-level mentorship, we aim to “fast-track” you into the copywriting world. What We're Looking For Writing Skills - You should have a remarkable ability to project warmth, strength, and empathy in your writing. Independent Thought - You must be able to think for yourself, come up with unique ideas, and express them clearly. Research Excellence - The best copywriters are curious about everything. They find the untold stories and “translate” complex science into powerful, persuasive copy. Learning At Speed - Prior knowledge of task management & word processing software including Notion, Google Drive, and Slack is an advantage, but not a requirement. Deep interest in topics including pet care, health, wellbeing, and beauty. This is a 1-week unpaid internship that can lead to a paid 8-week training program, offering a pathway to a full-time Junior Copywriter role with Malaberg.
