The Role:
As a credit decisions analyst, you will use YouLend proprietary solutions and guidelines to decision applications and price deals, being responsible for ensuring acceptable terms while deciding the size, duration, and price of an application and recommending terms of the deals for KYC and funding checks. You will contribute ideas to improve the ongoing processes, validate the accuracy and completeness of information received for each deal, and liaise with the Credit Risk/Data Science teams to analyse and influence decisions.
Requirements
Building and documenting localised guidance and policies for our Credit Decisions team Testing and providing feedback for our local Credit Risk models Assessing merchants on ability to repay by reviewing credit reports, assessing revenue and payment data, and pricing deals Methodical and has strong attention to detail Ability to work under pressure Team player / Target orientated Experience working in similar industries and/or roles (Credit Risk, Underwriting, Banking, Finance, Accounting etc.)
