We are seeking a Junior Credit Risk Analyst to join our ambitious fintech team!

Core Responsibilities:
Perform in-depth analysis on portfolio trends and market data to identify opportunities to refine our credit strategy, lending footprint and referral approach Develop proposals and provide subject matter expertise to inform credit risk models and team discussions Develop, implement, and monitor innovative underwriting strategies Create and refine affordability models to ensure responsible lending practices Explore and integrate new data sources to enhance credit risk assessments Collaborate cross-functionally to challenge current methodologies and drive continuous improvement Communicate complex analyses, insights, and proposals clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements: Experience with SQL, Python, PowerBI and Excel Proven ability to analyse data, identify trends, and draw strategic insights Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Passion for improving processes and championing innovation Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field strongly preferred
