The Junior Analyst on the Data Processing Team will be responsible for supporting the data processing and analysis functions within Expana. This role involves collecting, processing, and analysing data to ensure accuracy and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and process raw data from various sources to prepare it for analysis. Perform rigorous quality-control processes to flush out outlier data values, gaps in data, and other anomalies. Assist in the development and maintenance of data processing systems and tools. Support senior analysts in data analysis projects and reporting tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights. Respond to data queries from Expana’s Client Success Team within the required timescale. Monitor data processing workflows to identify and resolve issues promptly. Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processing procedures and workflows. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data processing and analysis. Identify and implement improvements in data processing workflows. Work collaboratively with technical teams to optimise data systems. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:

Proficiency in advanced Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in data processing tools such as SQL and Python – ideal but not necessary. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading. Excellent documentation skills for maintaining detailed and accurate records of data processes. Technical curiosity and an interest in leveraging technology to solve data-related problems. Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies that can streamline data processing. Proven track record of effective collaboration in a team-oriented environment. Prior experience or internships in data processing, analysis, or a related field is a plus. Our Core Values at Expana
