As a Junior Administrator, you will gain hands-on experience in various administrative functions, supporting the team and contributing to the smooth operation of our Digital Department. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Handle incoming calls and emails, providing information and directing queries to the appropriate team members. Documentation: Prepare, manage, and archive documents and records accurately. Scheduling: Help with coordinating appointments, meetings, and the hire schedule for machinery. Communication: Facilitate internal communication by distributing memos, reports, and updates. Project Assistance: Support ongoing projects by compiling data, creating reports, and performing research as needed. Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless office operations and contribute to a positive work environment. Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Attributes: Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
