Our client, a long established electronics manufacturer with a great product range and talented and stable design team, seeks to appoint a Junior Electronic Engineer to work throughout their operation. This is a role with design, test, production and supply chain elements and will give you a great all-round grounding in electronic engineering.

We are looking for someone who has recently completed a relevant degree (electronics, mechatronics, robotics, automation, physics etc), HND / HNC, apprenticeship or similar.

Junior Electronics Engineer - Role & Responsibilities

Project activities, participating in feasibility analysis, project scoping, resource planning and cost estimating providing realistic task durations for schedule/milestone planning. Design activities, including assisting in investigation, selection and evaluation of new components and techniques. Production activities, including test and assembly of electronics products. Supply chain activities, including liaising with suppliers to arrange for component delivery and inspection of parts arriving on site.

Junior Electronics Engineer - Skills & Abilities

Degree or HNC/HND in electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent. Knowledge of most aspects of general electronic engineering. Great interpersonal skills.
