Hours: Full Time - 37.5 hours - Monday to Friday Creating and maintaining great places to live and work delivered by excellent people who care… Purpose of Role As a member of VINCI’s Net Zero & Utilities Management team, the Junior Energy Manager will focus on delivering utilities bureau and energy management services. The role involves collecting, validating, analysing, and reporting on energy and water data. You will undertake audits, assessments, and evaluations to uncover insights, opportunities, and savings while ensuring compliance with relevant standards. Job Description In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, providing expert advice and innovative solutions to improve energy performance, optimise utilities, and support decarbonization strategies. Responsibilities Monitor and report on energy and water consumption using specialist software and tools like MS Excel. Analyse data to identify trends and develop actionable insights for improved utilities and carbon performance. Produce reports, presentations, and client deliverables with a high standard of accuracy and timeliness. Support energy and water audits, providing recommendations on efficiency improvements and decarbonisation strategies. Maintain strong client relationships by offering expert advice on infrastructure optimisation, efficiency measures, and upcoming market or legislative risks. Assist in connecting new customers to our Bureau service and ensuring data quality and availability. Contribute to innovation and improvement initiatives within the Net Zero & Utilities Management team. Essential Qualifications/Skills A proactive individual with strong analytical and data management skills. Familiarity with utilities management, energy efficiency, and sustainability practices. Effective communication and presentation abilities to work closely with clients and internal teams. An interest in energy, carbon reduction, and environmental strategies. Experience in using energy management software is a plus.
