What You Will Do:

Develop parts from initial concept through to mass manufacture, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. Solve problems for build and test failures, both digital and physical. Manage supplier and in-house parts efficiently. Collaborate with the styling team to provide feedback during the digital development phase. Regularly visit the manufacturing site in the north of the UK and conduct supplier visits across Europe. Occasionally travel to Japan depending on project requirements, schedule, and capability.

What You Will Bring:

A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Product/Industrial Design, or equivalent. Familiarity with CAD Software, for example, Siemens NX. You need to have some work experience in a professional engineering design role, preferably in the automotive industry. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively. A willingness to travel regularly, including potential international trips.
