Analyse project drawings, specifications, and requirements to support competitive bids. Collaborate with senior estimators, project managers, and engineers to develop cost-effective solutions. Contribute to tender processes, including bid preparation and submission. Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and ensure cost efficiency. Maintain detailed records of estimates and support budget alignment throughout project life cycles. What We're Looking For: Enthusiasm for the structural steel or construction industry with a willingness to learn. Some experience or understanding of estimating, construction, or structural steelwork is advantageous. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and an eagerness to learn estimating software. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
