Provide a full range of servicing and fault-finding diagnostics to determine appropriate solutions. Ability to provide a consistent approach whilst utilising your initiative, with minimal supervision, maintaining our core value of a customer-first approach. Continuously seek to add value to the services provided and achieve first-time fixes. We partner with our customers to ensure that the quality of service provided meets or exceeds their expectations. Document processes and follow company standard procedures and protocols. This role is field based – travel to sites from your home base with a WCCTV vehicle. You will be responsible for providing support on sites where our systems are deployed within your home area. The Benefits:
Annual Salary of £24,000 to c£28,000 depending on experience. On-going learning and development, internal and external training including nationally recognising accreditations: EUSR, PASMA and IPAF. Expect to receive quarterly pay increases in line with our installations pay structure. 23 days annual leave, increasing with length of service from year two, plus bank holidays. Your Experience & Characteristics:
Full, Clean UK Drivers Licence. Manual dexterity – the ability to assemble and fix electronic equipment to a prescribed standard. Demonstrate proven experience in fault finding, commissioning and maintenance of electrical equipment. HNC level or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. Knowledge of stock control processes. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, whilst maintaining a high standard and quality of work. Customer first mindset: maintain our core values with your approach to work, placing the customer at the front of everything you do. Background in Electronics preferably gained in a technology service environment, together with an understanding of analytical applications. Previous technical experience in a field engineer, field technician or white goods technician role is desirable but not essential. Previous experience within the CCTV or alarm field is desirable, any technical background knowledge is favoured. About WCCTV:
