As a Junior Field Service Engineer, you'll develop into the technical expert customers rely on. Your key responsibilities will include: Installing, maintaining, and repairing advanced equipment across the UK and occasionally overseas. Providing excellent service tailored to customers' needs—whether under warranty, service contracts, or ad-hoc support. Proactively identifying sales opportunities for additional products, training, or consumables during customer visits. Managing service documentation, ensuring every visit is recorded and logged accurately in the company's CRM.
