Overview

We are seeking a Junior Finance Business Partner to join our team and support the overall finance function. This role will involve providing insightful reporting, communicating with stakeholders, and proactively seeking improvements to enhance the business's performance.

Responsibilities

Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable plans Produce insightful reporting information for the finance team and wider business Provide relevant and timely information to assess performance against the Group's strategy and objectives Develop new insightful metric reports to enhance existing data provided to the business Support the Finance Controller in communicating financial strategy issues and contribute to the production of the business plan and financial strategy Play a part in the production of timely and accurate monthly management accounts and board pack content Support projects and undertake tasks with cashflow implications and regulatory requirements in mind Identify opportunities to innovate and streamline the document production of the finance function Support Finance projects and be responsive to non-core Finance projects Contribute to the team dynamic, outcomes, and wider business Qualifications

Professional manner and able to articulate effectively to all levels of stakeholders Strong contributor as part of a team, building cross-functional trust and relationships within the organization Excellent organization and multitasking abilities Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and goals Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and professional curiosity Working towards an accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Day-to-day

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm 3-month probationary period Study Support Benefits
