Job Title: Junior Financial Manager Location: Central London RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

Leadership and Team Oversight:

Lead and manage a team of regional contract supports, setting objectives and ensuring alignment with contract billing requirements across three regions. Provide direction, support and training to the contract support team, to optimise contract operations and achieve consistent results across regions. Facilitate collaboration and communication across three regions to ensure alignment and implementation of best practice. Regional Financial Management:

Produce financial and statistical reports, to support standardisation of processes across three regions. Assist with the continual development and implementation of key performance measures, including trend analysis and other financial and operational data to provide insightful contributions to the overall running of the contract. Maintain financial systems data to ensure accurate reporting is in place for distribution to the business. Deliver financial analysis and information to assist Finance Manager in the completion of Profit & Loss reporting across the contract. Support Finance Manager with Ad-hoc financial requirements for the contract. Client and Internal Communication:

Act as the main financial point of contact for enquiries within the contract’s regions, including escalations from contract support team. Respond promptly and professionally to client and internal enquiries related to contract finances. Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field. Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (CIMA). 3 years experience in financial analysis, management or similar role. Attributes:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with financial reporting software. Power BI & Tableau experience is desirable. Excellent communication skills for managing client and financial enquiries. Strong organisational skills, with a high attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with site teams and subcontractors. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to financial risk management. Proven experience in managing and leading teams.
