Key Job Responsibilities: Foster effective communication between the business and our valued customers. Collaborate as part of a team, covering a specific geographical area. Execute site installations in accordance with specifications and plans. Conduct planned preventative maintenance in line with contractual agreements. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed after job completion. Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Assist with technical questions and concerns. Uphold high standards in team working practices. Support company policies and best practices, especially regarding the protection of sensitive customer information. Be responsive to any reasonable requests from management. Our Ideal Candidate: This role would be suited to a junior engineer with a few years of industry experience who is enthusiastic and eager to embrace a new challenge. A solid grasp of fundamentals in areas like intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems is essential. In addition to your technical abilities, we highly value: A strong dedication to providing excellent customer service. Exceptional telephone etiquette. Proficiency in working with computers.
