About the Role: We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an exciting opportunity as a Junior HR Business Partner. Our client, a forward-thinking and well-established organization, is seeking a dynamic HR professional to join their team.

As a Junior HR Business Partner, you'll be instrumental in delivering a proactive and effective HR service, partnering with managers and teams across the business to provide expert advice on Employee Relations, Performance Management, Recruitment, Training & Development, and more.

Provide expert advice and guidance on employment-related matters, casework, and the employee lifecycle. Manage end-to-end casework for disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management processes. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, supporting innovative people solutions and business improvement. Coach and develop managers, delivering training and guidance on HR-related topics. Support recruitment processes, including administration and ensuring adherence to policies. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Collaborate with senior HR team members on strategic projects to enhance business operations. What You'll Bring:

Proven experience in an HR advisory or generalist role, with solid knowledge of Employee Relations and Employment Law. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build meaningful relationships. Confidence in providing guidance to managers and employees, as well as handling sensitive situations with care and professionalism. Relevant HR qualifications (e.g., CIPD) are advantageous but not essential. A proactive and customer-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement. Why Join?
