Junior HR Business Partner /HR Consultant

to lead all UK Tech-based people initiatives and activities, whilst also providing support to Global Technology Leadership, who are primarily based in London. Your Position within the Team: Following our recent organisational re-design and the delivery of technology’s strategy to invest in and build out our overseas Technology Hubs to drive global delivery, this new position reports directly to the Head of HR for Global Technology and would be a key figure within the team. In this role, you would be pivotal in shaping the employee experience for an evolving and delivery-focused technology function. As a Junior HRBP /HR Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support, assisting in workforce planning and technology delivery & capability matrices, and driving employee engagement initiatives across the global tech teams. You will work directly with senior leaders, managers, and employees to implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives and enhance organizational performance to help Global Technology deliver at pace. What You’ll Do: Strategic HR Support:

Implement the People Strategy for the technology function in the UK in alignment with technology objectives. Provide strategic HR advice and support to senior leadership and business units across the region. Lead the development of a high-performance culture, emphasizing our 5 target behaviours. Oversee the design and implementation of organisational development programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and talent management. Drive change management initiatives and provide guidance on organizational restructuring. Ensure alignment with global HR functions and other divisions to maintain cohesive delivery of HR operations.

Compliance and Best Practices:

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation across the region, proactively addressing and implementing changes. Drive best practices in HR management, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, providing sound guidance on all employee relations matters. Lead initiatives to enhance culture and engagement, supporting country-specific programs aligned with the People Strategy.

Project Management:

Take ownership of optimizing our commercial incentive schemes to boost productivity, ensure high engagement and retention rates, and attract top talent to the organization. Oversee the delivery of divisional HR projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the People Strategy and business objectives. Oversee the delivery of cyclical HR projects, including performance management processes, engagement surveys, and other cyclical activities.

Continuous Improvement:

Seek regular feedback to enhance the stakeholder experience and identify opportunities for improvement. Support the embedding of an updated HR Target Operating Model, leveraging HR tools and resources to drive self-service and consistency in global processes.

What You’ll Need: Proven performance management and employee relations experience. Experience in implementing and delivering people engagement strategies and initiatives. Proven track record of building excellent relationships and credibility with business leaders. Ability to think critically, solve problems, and provide practical HR solutions. Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
