A passion for working in ICT and a genuine interest in technology. Experience working with Microsoft 365 and MS Office Suite. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate with stakeholders in person, over the phone or through instant messaging. Strong team player with the ability to work with ICT colleagues on troubleshooting, team meetings, and project work. What you’ll need to do

You will be working as part of the ICT team to provide support across the business. This will include: Triaging and managing ICT tickets by identifying key issues or requests, resolving issues in a timely manner, and escalating issues where necessary. Troubleshooting ICT support issues for software & hardware across Cavendish IT systems (cloud & on-premises) and user devices (laptops, mobiles, iPads). Providing professional support to staff in person or remotely. Performing systems administrative functions such as user account setups, deactivation, information changes, or requests for access. Setting up, maintaining, diagnosing, and refurbishing ICT devices used across the business. Performing routine tasks with the ICT team to maintain business continuity and appropriate access to systems for staff and external users. Participating in projects with the wider ICT team, e.g., office moves, software/hardware rollouts.
