To drive our talent growth, we are seeking a talented Junior In-House Recruitment Consultant to join our team. We’re looking for someone who thrives on finding top talent and matching them with our inhouse opportunities.

About You:

You’re an energetic, focused, and results-driven professional with 2–3 years of recruitment experience. You’ve successfully recruited for a diverse range of roles and know how to connect with candidates at all levels. Networking is second nature to you, and your “get up and do” attitude ensures you’re always ahead of the game.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for roles across various departments, including Development, Digital Marketing, Operations, and Finance. Talent Sourcing:

Confidently network and use innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver exceptional recruitment support. Candidate Experience:

Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Market Insights:

Stay updated on recruitment trends and proactively recommend strategies to improve hiring outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

2–3 years of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to hiring for a wide range of roles. An agency recruiter now looking to make the transition into inhouse. A proven track record of successfully placing candidates in roles such as Developers, Digital Marketers, Operations to Finance professionals. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for finding the right people for the right roles. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
