JUNIOR INSIGHTS ANALYST We Realise Potential in

Your

Story Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are an award-winning digital content studio and media network who are currently on a quest to find a

Junior Insights Analyst

to join our Sport team. Is this your next opportunity? Reporting into the Analyst Manager, the role will work as an integrated part of the data team and alongside a team of other analysts to deliver best-in-class insight and analytics. The right candidate will have a passion for utilising data to track performance, spot trends, provide insight, and inform decision-making. A curious, analytical mind is a must, as is exceptional attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a positive, can-do attitude. This role primarily involves collecting and organising data from social media (and other platforms) to generate reports and presentations for both client reporting

and

strategic insights to inform new proposals. By extension, the Junior Analyst will work with the Analyst Team on ad-hoc client requests and hypothesis testing. PERKS OF THE JOB We are proud to be an award-winning workspace with employee wellbeing at the heart of everything we do. We offer hybrid and flexi-time working, mental health and wellbeing programmes, enhanced gender-neutral parental leave, interest-free financial support, and a digital nomad policy that allows you to work from abroad in two one-week blocks a year. Plus all the usuals such as pension contributions, annual leave, and office perks like free lunches, socials, yoga, and health treatments! HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME The collection of data from social media and other platforms to help respond to briefs and answer questions. Building mathematical formulae in Excel/Google Sheets. The building of client reports in Keynote and/or Google Slides. Working alongside colleagues to interpret client briefs and provide analyst input. Presenting reports (alongside colleagues) to client stakeholders and answering questions. Supporting the analyst team and wider sports team in answering queries, looking for trends, and testing theories through data analysis. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything. The successful candidate will have a mathematical and analytical mind as well as the ability to interpret and explain data and communicate results clearly. The ability to build simple mathematical formulae in Excel/Google Sheets. The ability to build presentations in Keynote/PowerPoint/Google Sheets, creating graphs and tables to display data. Whilst some experience working within a sports, brand, entertainment, or social media environment is a plus, this could be an entry-level position for the right candidate. Ability to work independently but cohesively as part of a wider team, with a can-do, positive attitude. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver and solution finder who is passionate about the work they do! LITTLE DOT, BIG IMPACT We’re probably the biggest studio you didn’t know was fuelling your favourite content. We’ve been one of the top dogs in the digital content space since 2013 (some would say, before its potential was even fully realised). We're proud to work with some of the hottest TV and movie studios, distributors, rights holders, sports federations, and brands in the business. WE ARE COMMITTED We are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace at Little Dot that reflects our diverse digital audiences and communities we work and live in. We are committed to ensuring every employee feels valued and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives. We welcome candidates of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities to apply to our vacancies, and we strive to create an environment where differences are celebrated, and everyone has equal opportunity to thrive.
