Position Overview

We are currently seeking an Intermediate Technical Services Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, although candidates with electrical experience will also be considered. You will play a crucial role in managing the technical services aspects of commercial office fit-out projects, ensuring that installations meet both our high standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the technical services management and installation of commercial office fit-out projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery. Provide guidance on mechanical systems installation and integration. Review and approve technical designs and specifications. Manage on-site technical teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during the installation process. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience in a technical service management role within the commercial fit-out sector. Proven experience in installing commercial office fit-outs, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
