Contacting and qualifying prospective clients, booking meetings for Senior Brokers Achieving and exceeding KPIs and sales targets Collaborating with the Senior Brokers to implement specific strategies and target specific demographics Researching target markets and industry trends and sourcing new leads and opportunities Building relationships and rapport with prospective HMWI and UHNWI Effectively using company CRM to ensure all admin and notes are kept entirely up to date Ongoing training to develop sales skills and knowledge of financial markets and the range of products available Qualities:
Minimum 1-year sales experience Knowledge and interest in the global financial markets Money motivated Experience dealing with objections Extremely hard working Enthusiastic and excels working in a high-performance culture Strong communication skills - articulate and demonstrates an excellent telephone manner Competitive Well mannered KPIs:
150 calls minimum per day. Call time of at least 1h 30 minutes a day. Weekly target to book a minimum of 15 meetings/3 per day. Package:
