We are looking for a Junior Whisky Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for whisky, excellent interpersonal skills, and a drive to exceed sales targets. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our whisky range, and expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, including retailers, bars, restaurants, and distributors. Promote and sell our range of whisky products, ensuring clients are knowledgeable about our offerings. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Conduct whisky tastings, presentations, and training sessions for clients. Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any client queries or concerns. Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and marketing campaigns. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent [Company Name] and build industry contacts. Requirements: Previous experience in sales, preferably within the alcoholic beverages industry. A strong passion for whisky and knowledge of its history, production, and varieties. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Valid driver’s license. What We Offer: Competitive salary up to £30,000 and commission structure.
