Junior IT Support Analyst
to join a dynamic and supportive IT Infrastructure team. About the Role: As a
Junior IT Support Analyst , you will be the first point of contact for IT support queries, providing Level 1 support to users across the business. You will manage helpdesk tickets, assist with hardware and software setup, and ensure IT systems are running efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your technical skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 IT support via helpdesk, phone, and face-to-face interactions. Manage and escalate support tickets as required. Document and maintain IT assets, including equipment setup and configuration. Ensure IT workspaces are functional and well-maintained. Travel to company sites when required to provide technical support. Assist with proactive maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems. Support the wider IT team and contribute to higher-level IT support as your skills develop. What They’re Looking For: 6-12 months of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role. A proactive and customer-focused approach to IT support. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms. Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
