The Candidate will be required to be on site and need the following:
Helping with hardware and being on site helping with IT kit. Responding to telephone and dealing with stakeholders. Log, update and resolve support calls through to completion ensuring that communication is maintained throughout, and expectations are set from the outset. Participate in new system rollouts and IT projects as and where required.
