to join their team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to grow within a dynamic environment. Position Overview: The
Junior IT Support Specialist
will provide first-line technical support to clients and assist with the implementation of SaaS products. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for end-users. An understanding of Microsoft technologies will be highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and technical support. Assist with the onboarding and implementation of our SaaS solutions for new and existing clients. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a client-facing environment. Collaborate with senior IT staff and other departments to escalate and resolve complex problems efficiently. Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions in the support ticketing system. Monitor system performance and provide proactive support to ensure optimal functionality. Support internal IT needs, including hardware setups, software installations, and basic maintenance. Qualifications: Required: Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting principles. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including: Windows Server Active Directory Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions.
