Job DescriptionJunior IT Support Technician required. Our client is are a UK leading organisation who specialise in IT strategies and solutions to power growth. Working across the South East & beyond, they deliver infrastructure, security, software and support for businesses, schools and other organisations. They are now looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join their team based in Marden, Tonbridge.The successful candidate will provide 1st and 2nd line support to clients and provide onsite support to clients when required. Position Overview Manage and prioritise service tickets.Provide 1st and 2nd Line technical support / onsite support when requiredMonitor & action system alerts. Assist clients with management of Microsoft 365 servicesAssist with preventative maintenance checks of ours & customers infrastructureAssisting with quoting and purchasing of servicesProviding truthful & accurate information as requestedIdentifying and reporting any suspected security weaknessesEnsuring all reports and malfunctions are made through the appropriate management channel Position Requirements GCSE’S Maths & EnglishKnowledge of Microsoft ProductsWindows 10/11 – TroubleshootingComputer Hardware RepairsExcellent customer service skillsExperience of Mac Os (Desirable)Connect wise Automate (LabTech) – Desirable Position Remuneration Salary £18,000 – £25,000Monday to Friday 8:30am – 17:30pm 25 days holiday including bank holidaysPension SchemeParking on siteMore benefits discussed at interview stage
