CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Junior Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building in Wimborne. He, she or they will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site. This person will be working closely with a senior member of the team and the team on-site to gain experience and training of building services.
The successful candidate will have an interest in facilities maintenance and a strong work ethic. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £26,000, overtime, plenty of further training and a potential route into further career progression.
Hours of work & Package
Monday-Thursday 07:30 – 16:00 & Friday 07:30 – 15:00. 25 days holiday + Bank holidays Overtime available Further training Company pension Key Duties & Responsibilities
Painting & Decorating Basic lighting Fixing Furniture Hanging Pictures & Shelves Maintain and update Log books Assist the maintenance team on site Escort sub-contractors To undertake basic “Fabric duties” which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, installing/repairing blinds, changing locks, making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc. Requirements
