They have a range of projects across multiple defense companies and are looking to add to their growing team.
In this varied role, you will work with design and production teams to convert customer needs into effective shop floor instructions and tackle production issues to enhance quality and efficiency. You'll implement lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, lead improvement projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and liaise with certification bodies and stakeholders as necessary.
