Intermediate or Junior Mechanical Design Engineer - Building Services / MEP North Kent 28k - 34k dependent on experience Benefits Include:

This role is to join an established building services design consultancy who cover a range of project types including education, heritage, offices, hospitals, local authority and data centres. Responsibilities Working as part of a design team delivering detailed design Visiting site during the construction phase to monitor progress Ensuring services conform to the latest building regulations and technical standards Producing drawings under the direction of Engineers Assisting with the checking of documents and carrying out detailed calculations Undertaking duties as indicated by your team leader to obtain experience and training in mechanical engineering Attending a wide range of meetings including client, design team and site with a more senior engineer to develop your experience. Experience & Qualifications Degree / HND / HNC in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services preferred, although not essential Some UK-based experience in mechanical building services design Confident user of a range of design software An enthusiasm for continued learning and development
