My client, an established business in the food industry, due to strong growth and ambitious plans, is seeking a Junior Account Manager to join their team and support the business on their journey.
You will drive new sales, cross sales, and build strong partnerships with existing clients through regular contact.
Responsibilities:
Monitor sales activities and reporting as needed Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities Collaboration with other departments
Requirements:
Experience within a fast-paced customer-focused role, both over the phone and in person Sales techniques and strategies Administrative tasks, such as creating reports and analyzing data Be open to travel as needed to meet with customers - very much your diary to manage
