Junior Paralegal, Buckingham

£22K - £23k Our client is an established law firm who are experts in commercial services including Conveyancing & Partnerships, Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorneys. Currently, they are looking for an experienced paralegal who comes from a Conveyancing background. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is experienced and is looking for a new challenge. Candidates who have the right to work in the UK coupled with UK experience will only be considered. This role is based in Buckingham and will require the successful candidate to be in the office full-time from Monday to Friday. Responsibilities: Support the Solicitors with case handling and client files, including leasehold sales and purchases Take instructions from clients and prepare detailed attendance notes Prepare and review contracts and supporting title documentation Draft documents, letters and reports whilst preparing and updating completion statements Process exchange of contracts and post completion documentation Carry out additional administrative tasks, including taking phone calls, answering routine correspondence, conducting file reviews, archiving, and filing Criteria: Proven experience with at least 12 months of practice behind them Strong knowledge in Conveyancing Law A professional with a Law degree who has completed their LPC Excellent communication skills both written and verbal A self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
