My Client, a growing company based near Maidstone, is looking for a number of Junior PHP developers to join their growing development team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with the team to analyze requirements and design efficient and scalable solutions using PHP.
Develop and maintain web applications using the CakePHP framework.
Write clean, well-structured, and well-documented code to ensure the maintainability and readability of the software.
Troubleshoot and debug existing applications to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Implement new features and functionality based on project specifications and user requirements.
Participate in code reviews to improve code quality and receive constructive feedback.
You will excel in this role if you have the following skills and experience:
Strong understanding and practical experience with the CakePHP framework or equivalent (e.g., Laravel).
Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following coding standards and best practices.
Hands-on experience with databases, particularly MySQL.
Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
