What You'll Do: Ensure the effective running of the Delivery Methodology and Governance regime Facilitate the development and maintenance of the programme and project plans and dependency logs. Identify planning issues and trends and recommend and implement solutions. Manage and improve the communication plan for the programme ensuring that key information is provided to the required stakeholders by the team on time and to the required quality. Ensure the effective running of the Risk Management process Ensure the effective running of the Change Management process Some travel may be required to customer site, so flexibility to travel would be required Who you are Experience working in a PMO capacity is required Extensive experience in management reporting techniques and processes, and performance metrics Broad understanding of financial controls, project accounting and benefits realisation process Excellent planning & organisational skills Prior Waterfall delivery experience is desirable Security Clearance: This position requires the person to hold or to be eligible to undergo UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
