The Safety Department Ltd is growing fast and is looking for a Junior Principal Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for an excellent communicator with a NEBOSH or IOSH qualification and a desire to develop skills and knowledge in construction design and risk management. What You’ll Do: Assist with pre-construction information gathering and stakeholder communication. Review construction phase plans and contribute to design risk registers. Support the Principal Design Team with high-quality document production as part of the Building Safety Act’s "golden thread." What We’re Looking For: NEBOSH / IOSH certification and a foundational understanding of CDM 2015. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe tools. Excellent communication and administrative skills. A full, clean driving license and willingness to travel occasionally for site visits.
